The best part of my job here at DJFM has to be sorting through the tons of new music we get every week, while Selena is away. It’s also the hardest part of my job because there is only so many songs we can play in a day, which means only the very best make it on the air. If there is ever a track we’re not sure about we let you decide by putting it up on Stash it or Trash it, kind of like today’s track. For this “Love Story” track we cross the big pond and head to the beautiful country of Romania, where the ladies are smokin’ and the guys are ssuuppeerrr hooooooooooootttt. That’s where we find an artist named Edward Maya, whom you might remember from the smash hit with Vika Jigulina (or Mia Martina depending on which version you prefer) called “Stereo Love” a few years ago. Edward teams up with Sonia Devi under the Violet light alias to bring you this beautiful vocal masterpiece.
